Honestly, it doesn't matter whether these endeavors for peace in Gaza will be successful or not. But the matter of fact is that the Youth of the USA has awakened their conscience. The new generation in the USA has been aware of how their tax money is used in the genocide of Palestinians.

Now, it doesn't seem that these pro-Palestinian encampments have put even suitable pressure upon the government. Although, they have their universities establishment

Matter of FACT

Honestly, it doesn't matter whether these endeavors for peace in Gaza will be successful or not. But the matter of fact is that the Youth of the USA has awakened their conscience. The new generation in the USA has been aware of how their tax money is used in the genocide of Palestinians.

Now, it doesn't seem that these pro-Palestinian encampments have put even suitable pressure upon the government. However, Universities will accept the demands of protestors. There are some instances below regarding this:

Some facts about the USA’s universities pro-Palestinian movements:

In the decades of 1970 and 1980, universities were divested from apartheid South Africa-affiliated projects.In 1968, the anti-Vietnamese war movement spread all over the country. This movement started at Columbia University and it forced the government to bring troops back from Vietnam.

In 2016, the movement against fossil fuel companies was run which also became a success. As a result, many universities especially Columbia divested from these companies. In 2020, Columbia University also divested from ili and gas companies due to protests from students.

Students are the primary body of universities so it is infeasible that university doesn't value their interests. Thus, universities will divest from Israel-affiliated projects. Furthermore, this movement has made it obvious that the youth of the USA are no longer ready to take up the filthy burden of genocide support. There is a high probability that university encampment protests may turn into violent public protests like anti-ventinam war protests.
