OIC(ORGANIZATION OF ISLAMIC Cooperation)

OIC(ORGANIZATION OF ISLAMIC COOPERATION) :

It is second largest  organization after  UNO. It is association of 57 Islamic states that aims to promote peace and resolve muslim countries problems. It is largest Islamic platform that work for betterment and development of Islamic world.    It increase culture,, education, social and economies between each other. It came into being in 1969 in Rabat, Morocco (western African state) with 44 members. Later, more Islamic countries added that became independent . There  are three countries which are not considered Islamic states have strong ties with Islam--Bosnia (It is Islamic state but UNO don't considered it) Thailand and Central African republic. These sits at meeting but not allow to cast vote. It aims also to protect the holy places. The heads of each Islamic states meet after three years at headquarter in Jeddah. Therefore, all foreign ministers meet each year to prepare for next general assembly. 

  

It has  honour to unite ummah into unified body and have represented the  1.5 billion muslims.The organization is collective of  muslim voices.The current problems that are face by islamic world like Palestine and kashmir issues , give freedom to muslim minorities in some african states and fight for islamophobia and false conception about Islam.In kashmir the lockdown are for more than one and half years and everyday minimum kills one kashmire .Israel bombing on Palestine and conquered the Palestine forcely.In all over the world, cruelty done on  muslims.Sorrowfully,there are more than 50 islamic countries that don't give rapid reaction among these cruelty because the frighten from christian and jews.I have no word to describe the position of muslims in world.                                                      

The Member States of the OIC face many challenges in the 21st century and to address those challenges, the Third Extraordinary Session of the Islamic Summit held in Makkah in December 2005, laid down the blue print called the Ten-Year Program of Action. It successfully concluded with the close of 2015. A successor programme for the next decade (2016-2025) has since then been adopted. 

The emblem of OIC contain three elements like the kaaba,the globe and crescent.It reflects it mission and vision.It is voice platform of muslims.
